Big Waters Dragons

A pre lunchtime visit to Big Waters outlet stream gave us sightings of

Common Darter

and what I believe to be an immature male Southern Hawker

and of course loads of Damselfly

It's funny but i have had no success along the outlet at Big Waters. Not seen too many dragons at all to be quite honest.
You've either got it or you haven't!

This summer has been quieter than last but I have found a visit around midday or early afternoon but most importantly when sunny, produces them on the north side footpath between 100 and 200 yards from the bridge at the start of the stream.
